The City of Montgomery

Montgomery was founded in 1795 and was a mid way stopping point for the 3C’s highway which connected Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati before I-71 was constructed. Montgomery is located in Northern Hamilton County 15 minutes to the City of Cincinnati and inside the 275 belt loop. Downtown Montgomery offers its historic old town shopping with great dining and upscale stores.

Montgomery offers easy access to the most exclusive shopping mall, out side of downtown, the Kenwood Mall. The area is mostly upscale housing and some affordable condos, and adjoins Kenwood with its Country Club and loads of upscale shopping. The housing stock has mostly been built since the 80’s in planned community tracts but has 33 Montgomery designated landmark buildings. It has one of our top rated public school systems, Sycamore Schools and offers a quite suburban life style.
