City Home Developments

Downtown Cincinnati’s Townhomes and Downtown Cincinnati’s Condos got a great addition in 2009-10.  City Home opened two developments at 1401 Race Street and the adjacent block on Pleasant Street between 14th and 15th Streets.   Developed by Eber Development in partnership with Over-the-Rhine Community Housing, the 22 units average 600 square feet and start at $270,000.

The block of Pleasant Street immediately to the North of Washington Square Park was formerly a dilapidated, crime-ridden area.  It has been transformed into 22 new residential units via the construction of 12 brand-new single family homes and 10 renovated condominiums.   The condominiums are contained in four buildings that have been carefully renovated to bring out their former splendor.

Part of the third phase of the vaunted Gateway Quarter project, City Home has transformed Pleasant Street into a pretty, verdant, pedestrian-friendly street connecting Findlay Market and Washington Square Park.
